Myanmar, formerly known as Burma, has undergone some welcome changes recently such as the release of Aung San Soo Kyi and its gradual move to full democracy.  Therefore sanctions have also started to ease and so more and more visitors head to this wonderful country as yet relatively unspoilt by tourism.  There are regular TEFL jobs advertised for Myanmar throughout the year, voluntary and paid.
