Luxembourg is very small country bordered by Germany, Belgium, and France. It is apparently the safest country in the world (followed by Japan) and one which certainly punches above its weight. Luxembourg has a population of 563,000 multilingual people (Luxembourgish, French, German, and English) and so TEFL positions don’t come up very often, but when they do they usually provide a very respectable salary. If you are keen to work there, then you could try contacting one of its educational establishments to enquire about career opportunities.
