Bangladesh was formerly known as East Pakistan which gives you an idea of its general location.  It actually borders India to the west, Myanmar to the east, Nepal and Bhutan to the north, and has a distinctive coastline on the Bay of Bengal with its delta which is riddled with waterways.  Despite English being one of its two official languages, Bengali is the other, TEFL jobs are advertised for positions across Bangladesh throughout the year.  Remember to have the full list of vaccinations which are needed for Bangladesh – the rabies vaccination sometimes needs a course of injections which require up to a month to complete before you depart for the country.
