Tunisia lies between Libya and Algeria on the north African coast. The capital, Tunis, lies on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea and is where most of the TEFL jobs are located. Tunisians have a well-deserved reputation throughout the Middle East as friendly and well-educated people which make teaching them a very pleasant experience. It would be advisable to check with your foreign office the advice they have for working in Tunisia before you sign a contract.
