Teaching English in PakistanBack to Tefl World

The world’s sixth-most populous country, Pakistan, is an Islamic country in South Asia.  Despite the fact that English is one of its two official languages, the other is Urdu, TEFL positions are advertised every now and again, usually for tertiary educational institutions.  Before you sign a contract for a TEFL position in Pakistan, you should consult your government’s foreign office for their advice for the region you are considering – the risk to your safety varies across the country. Remember to have the full list of vaccinations which are needed for Pakistan – the rabies vaccination sometimes needs a course of injections which require up to a month to complete before you depart for the country.
