Teaching English in MontenegroBack to Tefl World

Montenegro is a beautiful small Balkan country with a small coastline on the Adriatic and dramatic mountainous scenery, hence its name which means “Black Mountain”.   It has a population of fewer than 700,000 which will explain why it is so rare to see TEFL jobs advertised.  However, tourism is a major part of its economy – it is often voted a top-ten destination by travel organisations – and so it would seem fair to assume that there will be a demand for TEFL teachers.
