Cuba was a favourite destination for Ernest Hemingway, Winston Churchill, the ‘rat pack’ and has drawn millions of other tourists over the last century.  The largest island in the Caribbean is an idyllic place with Spanish-style colonial architecture and beautiful scenery.  TEFL positions are rarely advertised, but this might be about to change due to the improvement in relations between Cuba and the USA.  Cuba has an excellent health care system but you should still check which vaccinations you might need if you are going to live in the country.
