Bosnia and Herzegovina is a Balkan country surrounded by Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, and a 20 km stretch of the Adriatic Sea in the south. The spectacular mountainous countryside is becoming increasingly popular with hikers, mountain bikers, and white-water rafters. The mountains also provide a beautiful backdrop to the historic capital, Sarajevo. There do not seem to be many TEFL jobs advertised for Bosnia, but they do appear now and again. If you are keen to work there, then you could try contacting one of its educational establishments to enquire about career opportunities.
