Teaching English in ArmeniaBack to Tefl World

Armenia is a country in the southern Caucasus Mountains which form part of the boundary between Asia and Europe.  This Christian nation has a population of 3.2 million people making it one of the most densely populated countries of the former Soviet Union.  TEFL positions are rarely advertised overseas, but it would certainly be worth sending one of the tertiary institutions a prospective CV and covering letter asking about career opportunities.  Education is held in high regard in Armenia, so this bodes well for a teacher’s classroom experience.
