Look at the sentences and use the Present Simple or Present Continuous form of the verb to complete them correctly.

Example  

 ‘Do you like it?’ ‘Yes, I (like) %1 it a lot.’      ‘Do you like it?’ ‘Yes, I (like) like it a lot.’ 

1 I usually enjoy his films, but I am (not enjoy)
this movie at all.
2 ‘What does your son do?’ ‘He’s a teacher but he (not work)
at the moment.'
3 Francois is a linguist. He (speak)
five languages as well as his native tongue.
4 In the summer the Japanese (enjoy)
watching fireworks.
5 Please be quiet. I (try)
to finish my essay.
6 ‘Where’s Bernard?’ ‘He worked night shift last night so he (sleep)

7 The phone (ring)
