Educator - Karl Jesienowski

HI, My name is Karl. I was born in the USA. I spent my adult life in Australia. I have lived in the UK for the past ten years with my wife and two children (aged 10 and eleven). I am a native English speaker. I have a very easy to understand American/Australian accent. I love science, maths and teaching. I have a BSc Honours in Marine Biology and Biochemistry.

Up until the day schools were closed in the UK I was teaching Maths and Science at a comprehensive school in Wales. I enjoy the process of teaching. I like creating a warm and friendly learning environment. I use humour a lot while teaching and reward students with a lot of positive affirmations.

I have a post graduate degree in education (primary) I have taught Science and Maths in Australia and the UK for the past 10 years. I have taught English in a primary school in Taiwan for a period of one year. At night I taught adults conversational English. I also was tutoring a PHD student English so that she could work as a Post Doc in the USA.
