MISSION STATEMENT>
Teaching is
not only emotionally rewarding and skill enhancing but provides an
opportunity to save cash to pay off college loans or kick start
international travel. There is one full month’s salary bonus on
completion of the contract, which is a useful income whilst deciding the
next step.
However, teaching in Korea is not a vacation. It is a profession and our
applicants will really earn the money they receive every month. As such
4DS will place only those applicants who will provide the
professionalism required.
When 4DS receive an application, it is checked to assess the applicant’s
strengths and weaknesses based on the work experience or professional
qualifications. We then seek to match the applicant with a suitable
position. After an applicant accepts an offered position, we then take
the step of organizing the E2 visa and travel to South Korea. 4DS or a
representative from the school or institution will greet the applicant.
A 4DS representative will be allocated to provide help and advice and is
available throughout the duration of the one year contract.
4DS is more than an introductory service for schools and teachers. Our
after care program for the applicants we place and the quality of the
teacher we provide means that both schools and teachers come back to us
year after year. Our reputation for reliability and trustworthiness is
fundamental to our organization and we feel it is our greatest asset. As
former ESL teachers who have had years of experience teaching in Korea,
our Directors have tailored the program to minimize the common problems
and maximize the enjoyment of a year in the Land of the Morning Calm. |
